Coupons and deals for Chapin homes
The $88 three-room deal is the one most people grab, usually right before the in-laws or the summer renters arrive. There are also smaller discounts on rugs, furniture, pet treatment, tile, and hardwood. You can use one per visit, so pick whichever saves you the most and tell us when you call 803-310-3848.

Service updateClaiming your coupon
- Decide which offer fits the job. If two would work, ask us on the phone and we'll tell you which comes out cheaper.
- Mention it when you book. Using the scheduler? Put the coupon name in the comments field.
- When the technician walks the rooms with you, the price they give already reflects the discount. That number is what you pay.
The fine print
- One coupon per visit. Offers can't be stacked with each other or with any other promotion.
- Each service has a minimum charge.
- The $88 offer covers three rooms adding up to no more than 300 square feet. Anything past that is billed at the regular rate.
- Heavy soiling or pet treatment may cost extra, and the technician tells you before any work begins.
A coupon never changes the guarantee. Discounted or not, if you're unhappy we come back, and if we still can't fix it the cleaning is free. Read the exact terms on the Guarantee Terms page.
